History isn’t as boring as some people think, and my goal is to get people talking about it. I also want to dispel the myths and distortions that ruin our perception of the past by asking a simple question - “But is this really the case?”. I have a 2:1 Degree in History and a passion for early 20th Century conflicts (mainly WW2). I’m therefore approaching this like I would an academic essay. Lots of sources, quotes, references and so on. Only the truth will do.

Kind of an odd thing to post when his opening to the video is him loudly proclaiming his support for one element of that censorship and insulting anyone who disagrees. When you get right down to it TIK is the same as the people he complains about (which is true for most people, I suppose).

@@goodmaro Yes. DO you know the autocaption system? The autocaptions get run through a word matching algorithm looking for specific key words to limit or fully delete videos based on it. A nice example is a channel run by an ex fighter pilot that I watch, he was talking about Chuck Yeager and the auto caption system thought he had said the hard R word and so he had to get the video "manually reviewed" 4 times through a personal youtube contact he had before it finally got fixed because a reviewer actually watched the video finally.

@@soulknife20 The history of money, banking, credit, trade and capitalism, combined with the cumulative proficiency and assets earned from concurrent generations of a people specializing in any endeavor, suggests a logical explanation to me. Jews are very competitive and strong in the areas of economics and finance. More so than most fields, this yields much power. So for those who crave power and don’t wish to compete? I believe it’s why they’ve been an eternal scapegoat, demonized, shunned and persecuted. It’s just a theory. Also, the tribal tendency of people often leads us to oversimplify. We prefer the binary approach of assigning individuals (even ourselves) polar status: Good or bad Friend or foe Smart or stupid Right or wrong Innocent or guilty Of course, accountability is deserved for individual behaviors, by individuals, one at a time. We learn what to expect from patterns of behavior, but remaining judicious in the moment is awfully challenging. There’s the great temptation for loyalty and efficiency, both being very important. TIK is that one channel that combines historical events with actual, critical thinking (peeking outside the box just in the right amounts). It does not matter that much whether we are treated to another Stalingrad episode or another video, be it the social background and/or the lead-up to WWII, we invariably receive a thought-provoking material inviting us to think for ourselves and to evaluate that which has already happened with the benefit of the hindsight. Prolific work, kind sir, please, do continue to provide in the times to come. I can only wish there were more channels like yours in the depths of the interwebs.

I don't think that forcing people to a western/american based geopolitical opinion is inviting us to think for ourselves. I also don't think that forcing me to not like only women - (human heterosexual females) with blue eyes and blond hair is inviting to think for myself. It is forcing other peoples opinion on me. Other peoples who are racists and who spread racism against white people. Now there's a movement Tik could do a video on. Pro imperialist, pro war , white feather distrutng ex suffragette bombers who never supported universal suffrage but only votes for women who owned property or held a degree, votes for "Ladies" rather than women as the wits said at the time. A very upper and middle class movement that history has been strangely kind to considering the rather random bombing campaign. The WSPU may have put the cause of women's suffrage back 5 or 6 years according to Asquith in a letter to Millicent Fawcett.

No doubt Mosley had the charisma to draw in support to the extent that in an age of universal franchise, he must have worried the 'Establishment' ? It may be possible to see something very similar happening today with the Donald Trump phenomenon, even if their respective political positions are quite different. It may even be fair to say that the spoke was put into Mosley's wheel in a manner that the British establishment are expert at, unlike that which the Yanks are trying to do against Trump now, which is merely increasing his popularity.

The Hero of Cable street was a Blackshirt from the West end of Newcastle called Tommy Moran. An x boxer and bare knuckle fighter, theres footage of him surrounded by Reds, and hes flooring them left right and centre, until he himself was brought down by a Red welding a chair leg wrapped in barbed wire. Tommy was a Body Gaurd for Oswald Mosely when he came to the N/E. Tommy was fearless, and was often in Gateshead and Newcastle alone selling the BUF Newspaper. No one dared take him to task for it.

It makes perfect sense that one of the earliest fascist movements in Britain would be full of feminists. The Pankhursts were active in Australian fascism after women got the vote and there was no longer a requirement for a suffrage movement. One of the earliest women's suffrage leaders in the U.S. and the first women U.S. Senator was a woman named Rebecca Latimer Felton, who advocated for the lynching of black men. Southern women at the time were very concerned about black men getting the right to vote when white women couldn't. At the same time those white southern women didn't want black women to have the right to vote either. In the modern day a feminist academic journal was pranked into publishing chapter 3 of Mein Kampf, the only changes made were to replace Jew with man and Aryan with women. Feminist Patriarchy theory is exactly modeled on the Worldwide Jewish Conspiracy in the same manner, only the nouns are changed. It's why there was a game called Stormfront or Social Justice Warrior. It doesn't matter if it's the KKK, Black Panthers, Muslim Brotherhood, Antifa, or any Feminist organization, it's the same ideology, only the nouns differ.

Look up Adela Pankhurst, she's the daughter of Emmeline Pankhurst and founded a pro Nazi organization here in Australia after leaving the Communist Party. I think the Pankhursts were a disgusting family on so many levels, their anti male terrorism was bad enough yet though unsurprisingly they took things a step further and got involved with other hate groups.

29:55 Rowling recently compared activist with Death Eaters from Harry Potter. An accurate comparison when comparing how violent they were throughout the summer of 2020. I still remember seeing videos of them threatening to burn people's houses down who didn't comply with the revolutionary Fist. Plus the amount of clips of clubbings, stabbings, property damaged/stolen and at times execution style murders. "Mostly Peaceful" is a meme that I hope never gets forgotten.

@@arghbarf419 Not really, only counts 'which' protestors you're speaking of. Implying that those taking advantage of the situation were themselves "Not" protesting is silly. Even Terrorist are protestors relatively speaking. I mean counter protestors who specifically go out to a Rally to cause trouble... do you call them peaceful? Definitely when they show up armed? Because that also happens. They're Counter Protestors, they're there to shake up, or break up another group who is also Protesting. The fact that both parties are allowed to meet each other which always leads to violence is malicious on all parties including the police. As it was with Oswald Mosley, well game was rigged from the start. The fact this sh*t goes back this far in history and yet hasn't changed. It just makes TIK's position that much more credible in my opinion. As we witness history repeating in real time.

I enjoy this channel’s content very much, and I try to use the same arguments regarding the differences between ideologies such as Communism, Fascism, National Socialism, etc. TIK has opened my eyes to the truth about the history of the 20th Century. Some may not feel comfortable watching these videos, but that’s not the point of history. In fact, history is meant to teach us how not to repeat the mistakes of the past. Being comfortable with it was never part of the lesson.

I used to be a fascist, but now see it as a 20th century ideology that's not coming back. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the ideology to emulate in the 21st century imo, it's basically a variant of fascism adapted for the modern era

Mosley was being interviewed after the horrors of what the Nazi’s did in Germany had come to light. One can only speculate that the interview may not have been so full of brotherly love, if Germany had won. And I will speculate.

Absolutely correct that he may have downplayed his hatred of the Jews at that point (1975). That said, we have contemporary sources from the 1930s, and there's no proof of Mosley's anti-Semitism prior to 1934. And even in his books at this point, he didn't have the same anti-Semitism that Hitler had. So we do have to take that into consideration.

When I was looking for pictures for the previous video on Mosley, I came across the Bolt Action miniatures of the BUF, some armed with rifles, but most armed with an assortment of hand-held weapons. Apparently, these miniatures could be used as a militia (cannon-fodder) to support the Germans during Bolt Action's Operation Sealion scenario, which I must admit is a novel idea, and I'm surprised to see it in a tabletop war game.

Vbcw is an alternative history wargaming setting where Britain in the interwar period falls into civil war as Edward refuses to abdicate and Mosley ends up as PM and someone try's to assistant the both of them at Edward crowning. The amount of inter war history I've learned whilst gameing it is brilliant.

Hi! I'm really enjoying these post-Battlestorm Stalingrad phase. Keep on. All this inter-party violence stuff reminds me of Jan Valtin book 'Out Of The Night'. He depicts the same situation in Germany, in a supposedly autobiographical fashion. Despite the controversy that surrounds it, I think it's an interesting book about that period politics.

They don't practice a limited capitalist economy. No nation on earth practices a capitalist economy. China has businesses run "for profit" in an environment which is not entirely a command economy, only partially, by agents of the chinese government and has these businesses run this way because that is the only efficient way that businesses can be run. This is actually a concept Lenin came up with, called the New Economic Policy or NEP. Every Marxist-Leninist offshoot has functioned in the same way.

My Dad who is 96 remembers when the Blackshirts came to Leeds. He would have been around 9 years old at the time. His Dad was a committed Communist. A member of the Communist party of Great Britain for all of his life. My Dad remembers his Dad taking him to top more side (that’s what the locals called Holbeck moor). He said that the Blackshirts where marching from the direction of Elland road. Which is located in Beeston which was & still is a working class area of south Leeds. My Dad recalls 1000’s of men waiting on top more side for the Blackshirts. Mostly Marxists but he also mentioned young Jewish lads from North Leeds. According to my Dad, the Blackshirts were out numbered & got a server kicking. Eventually the police intervened & ushered what was left of the Blackshirts into St. Mathew’s church for their own protection while they dispersed of the crowd. Someone has written a Wikipedia page about ‘The battle of Holbeck more.’ They have claimed that the blackshirts were marching through Jewish areas. Jews in Leeds live in the North of the city. Beeston & Holbeck is in the South which was then a white working class area. Mosley’s target audience. I think the guy who wrote it may have a agenda! 😂

Fascist seem to be called conservative because they usually believe in traditional morality. Culturally they are very traditional. They oppose degenerate behavior homosexuality etc. In Germany for example there was a great emphasis on the family and there were generous subsidies for family creation. Homosexuality transgenderism etc were basically outlawed. Berlin was known as the sin capital of Europe during Weimar republic and it was widely known that degenerate behavior was rampant. The Nazis exploited this electorally by promising to get rid of this degeneracy. Look at how ridiculous things are today. Ever wonder why? It's because many of those pushing degenerate godless behavior in Germany came to America and began to push it here. Also in Germany there was a great emphasis on classical music.

@@sydmccreath4554 It's a little hard to define, but generally, the Third Position refers to ideologies like Nazism, Fascism, Falangism (FE), National Bolshevism, Ba'athism, etc. Depending on who you ask, the Third Position could mean anything. However, most people would agree that the Third Position is against or beyond both Marxism and Liberalism, hence the name.

Mosley and his ideology didn't have chance in Britain. That country was in much better shape than Germany or Italy. In regards to Hitler who got a power. Many think how cultured Germans and Austrians could accept Hitler. The problem is that they presented themselves as symbols of culture and civilization. Through their spectacular marches and parades, they expressed order, work and discipline. The very top of the membership were top intellectuals. Hitler had a vast and broad education, which fascinated many academics and scientists. It should be mentioned that he was also awarded the Order of the Iron Cross, which he earned for his merits and bravery in the war. For example, he fascinated the famous Norwegian Nobel laureate Knut Hamsun. On the other hand, Speer, Rosenberg or Goebbels were doctors of science and top intellectuals in their fields. Goering was a hero in WW1 as a war pilot. The only one in that team who wasn't quite on our level was Ernst Rehm, the founder of the SA, he was not imso mannered but he was a glorified Russian hero from WW1. So the Germans, who are a people of high culture, wanted the restoration of order from the chaos in which they found themselves.

Vargas is an interesting figure. He's still loved by elders from that era and the left in general, but he sent a pregnant Jewish communist to Germany during the National Socialist regime. He sent his army to fight Italy in WWII (after vehemently claiming he'd never do such a thing), but his labour law was in line with how fascists see the employer-employee relationship.

In 1936 she was captured and sent to her home country. Vargas could have punished her and her husband (the commie insurrectionist leader) in any way he wanted. @@Azoria4 Well if you are talking about Hegel being Christian, I think that was pretty much their only point of contention. And Kant also advocated for a globalist one-world republican government for "world peace", similar to Marx. Both Marx and Hegel, along with Kant, as well as all other leftists (including Fascists and National Socialists) derived their beliefs and ideologies, and ultimately derived their inspiration from, the French Enlightenment (especially Jean-Jacques Rousseau) and the French Revolution. In fact, the French Revolution was the world's first socialist revolution, where we get the terms "left-wing" and "right-wing" to begin with. This also means that Jean-Jacques Rousseau was the father of socialism (though he does not exactly use this term, reading his book "On the Origin of Inequality" and "The Social Contract" makes it clear that he was the origin for all socialist movements).

@@Azoria4 Yes but it is not so much a rejection as it is an inversion in approach, as Hegel believed that contradiction in ideas shaped history, whereas. Marx believed that material circumstances shaped human thought. They both agreed on dialectics, they simply disagreed on the starting point, with Marx simply stating that Hegel's dialectical approach was “…standing on its head. It must be turned right side up again…”. Fascists and National Socialists not choosing to invert the dialectic does not make them "right-wing", as Hegel himself was left-wing.
