Can I just say that the male sim in this trailer looks like the most adorable little awkward dork ever? I wish I could download him for my game. He looks really good! Also, loving this trailer. It's so exciting. Bought the game yesterday and it's great! I don't even know where to start playing!

I'm going back and watching this, and I just figured out that the villain at the end of the trailer ACTUALLY got a prop sword stuck in his foot, and that was why they stopped the scene with the little bell thing and everyone was cursing. You can see him trying to pull it out right before they start kissing. It's hilarious that they just don't care and are like, "Hi, I love you!" :P I definitely think this is one of the best sims trailers I've seen to date. The editing is superb in a cheesy sort of way, especially on the last two bits with the horror movie screen-flickering thing and the animated style after that one. I just wish that the Sims community would stop rushing EA so they could come out with more quality content like this, instead of trying to force them to get everything done quickly and then getting mad when packs like Strangerville seem rushed and half-assed. Don't get me wrong -- the Strangerville pack was (in my opinion) a cool idea, and the gameplay is decent, if a bit different...But the furnishings were just a new level of rushed. Lilsimsie pointed this out a lot in one of her videos, especially when they didn't even playtest some of their builds to make sure it was functional. I believe this is rooted in the fact that the team announced the pack and then around a week later released it - they weren't given time to wrap up their loose ends. That's part of the reason I think it's a mistake for the sims team to continue with their plan to release an expansion pack, game pack, and stuff pack within the span of 6 months...That might seem like enough time to us, and I'm not the most educated person on the matter, but I seriously doubt that we're going to get quality content in that span of time. That's no fault of EA - It's just not possible, or at least very difficult. The EA team has been extremely patient with us and the community's nagging and insistence that we get things NOW like spoiled little children...so don't we owe it to them to be just as patient with them? But, hey, you know what they say about voicing your opinions on the internet...
