Real Estate is not exactly a business. Its just leeching on people who are often desperate to get away from some debt problem or lusting after some bigger property and have to dispose of the current property to get cash. And in so-doing have to give you the realtor a portion of their asset(s) regardless of whether their sale made a profit or loss.

As a salesperson, I was always scared to go into sales because I had a lifelong fear of numbers including counting money or calculating profits quickly. I was not the best at math so hearing Barbara openly say that she doesn't excel either is super encouraging! Since I've been in sales, I've strengthened my quick-math skills and basically rewrote the story I've been telling myself for years.

Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

Clueless about sacrifice, humility and delayed gratification. I remember him telling me that a house is just a box, as he had inherited money for a property. Then borrowed money from his dad to buy a second property to live off the passive income. He didn't understand risk. He missed out on the whole process of what it takes to save and buy a property. He didn't understand HOW I came up to wanting to pay the mortgage off being a freelance performer - getting rid of risk. Different world.

Eye opening!!! So many takeaways from her as a child w/ learning difficulties, young waitress, overcoming her boyfriend, running off with her assistant of seven years to using that comment from the ex to takeoff 🚀 to superstardom!! Such an inspiring 🦈 my absolute favorite!! 🥰Thank you!

I wasn’t a waitress, but definitely can relate to the mental, especially when she talked about systems and create a different systems doing regular jobs. I worked in a fitting room. , sorting clothes to go back to the sales floor and I had a system and it was so fast and efficient. But other people just did it the hard and all the way in majority of their clothes will come back. Mine would not. Even when I tried to show them the better more organized way. Currently starting in my entrepreneurial journey. I’m glad she is an inspiration to you as well.

Met her in a Starbucks in NYC, and only mumbled seeing the back of her head by itself, the beauty of her hairstyle. She turned around abd, having both placed our orders, she took me aside to chat. I respect her privacy however she saud what she dud in front of at least 20 tightly packed-together people. She had assumed I’d known the “hair” was not her own though it was” ethically” obtained real hair. Her wig looked utterly natural and like her own hair. HERE, years later I imagine this is her own hair and I’m so glad she got through cancer… she had somehow assumed I too had cancer (I am not sure why;I was very thin?). She gave me her card, after advising me where to obtain wigs in a variety if price ranges (acknowledging hers was the best they make (sell)). She wrote at least two additional cellphone #s on her card, and told me to call her ANYTIME, even if I felt truly bad at 3 am. I recognized her as a semi-public figure by her face once she’d turned it to face me, then recognized the name on the business card. She was so unconcerned about what I might do for her, indeed helping ME seemed to be satisfying to her so I never dus loses “I don’t actually have cancer, in early stages,…” but of course I took her card and gave her many thanks. It seemed most important to let her do a good deed (and likely still have her card if I need a wig or a chat). I just thanked her for being so kind. She’s SO genuine, it blew me away to think “THIS” is the competitive “shark” people call her? Good for her! She is not the usual purely venal, self involved business person I meet- she’s tremendously persistent and successful, almost enough to make me briefly think “life is fair. It isn’t, but we can be fair by choice to one another. Splendid.

This CD is very calming ukposts.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq the first meditation focuses on breathing, the second guides you through the Buddhist metta bhavana--loving kindness to all, and the third is a meditation to be used when walking. him is originally from Scotland, so there is a little accent to his voice, but it is very soothing and not at all distracting. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it.

What a great interview! Enjoyed it so much! Loved these points Barbara made: 1) Passion is overrated and she looks for commitment, drive, and ambition. 2) Getting rid of negative people quickly in her company because they suck energy. 3) She hates chronic complainers. Her mom did not tolerate complainers. 4) Barbara made sure she utilized her employee's gifts well, such as changing her employee's job into doing ads for her because she was better at it. She didn't say it, but she made sure that employee stayed at her company and got paid to do what she was good at.

I think I could really use more guidance to navigate the market, it is completely overwhelming. I've bought stocks picks this year but I'm still unable to make profit. However, a few investors I read about were able to make profits of upto $500,000 in 3months, so am I doing something wrong? I've liquidated most of my assets and I could really use some advice on what best to invest into.

Successful investment requires mental discipline to act against human nature, which is difficult work. 95% of investing is temperament and 5% intelligence. My sole piece of investment advise is to read some good books or hire a flnanclaL advlsor who can help you determine the best times to buy and sell the stocks or ETFs you want to focus on.

It's okay if they don't agree with this type of investing, many of us do agree. I have 20 positions in high growth stocks. I'm getting 15 dividend pay checks, however I'm up 125 % this year. About $650k this yr, good dividend paying portfolio, although I use an F.A so buy as much as you can and wait for the rebound. Only the brave gets rewarded in these times!

it is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold which is why a consultant is important. I've been in touch with one for about a year now and although I was initially skeptical about it, I will say I've made more progress within a year generating 6figure profit.

I've been in contact with a coach Rodger Michael Karl for a while now mainly because I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions. I made over $220K during this dip, which made it clear there's more to the market than we average joes know. Having an investment adviser is currently the best course of action, especially for those who are close to retirement ..
