If cinemas are open, if you can go, please GO!!! Just saw it and it’s so so good! It got Asian representation right, respectful and paid tribute to Chinese culture and folklore and has a wonderful theme of self journey and family at its core. This movie deserves all the hype!!! The trailers literally show you 1% of everything that takes place.

Yeah, agreed. I do think it was by way of the work Yuen Wu Pieng did though starting way back starting with his Hollywood Debut Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Matrix, and all the way up to the first IP Man film... But yeah he's an unsung legend as a fight choreography

I just watched it! And I... loved it. I knew Shang Chi will be... freaking awesome. As an Asian, I’ll say the family bonding experience, the love... everything was on point. The martial arts.. they were perfectly cooked, man. And obviously the friendship between Shang Chi and Katy.. 👌🏻👌🏻 I really enjoyed it. The movie is beautifully done and way excited to see more in the future. Phrase 4 is finally started! Let’s go!! 😭

Just watched this movie in theatre. Its INSANE. Totally different. Unexpected surprises. Post credit Scenes!!! * SCREAMING * It doesn't compare to the hype level infinty war and endgame had or no way home does, but as an origin story? This is GOLD. Give it a 9/10 only because I couldn't watch it in 3D 🥺 (Not available in India) And because of covid too you know, half the seats were vacant on purpose of social distancing so less hooting than there could've been.

Dude there's no need to bring up infinity war and endgame,the hype for those two movies were built up over a course of decade . This is an origin story like you said nevertheless i give 10/10 I wish the asian communities support this movie so that it gets the attention and money it deserves and since our asian community has the biggest audience , i hope it surpasses black panther

@@Kazama_96 It won't surpass black panther. I thought BP was one of the worst MCU movies but it came out at a time that anything with an MCU logo was gold. That time has past, there's a pandemic, and it's not being shown in China.

Every fkin minute of this movie from the word "go" was pure entertainment! All the characters.. backstory.. action sequences.. and they've given so much depth to the evil father.. this is gold in terms of character introduction! ❤️🤩🔥

A visual treat to relish! 1. The VFX was, of course, brilliantly executed and the details were so very intricate. 2. The cast! They absolutely stole it. 3. The story was beautifully written with a perfect pace and placement of scenes. 4. The absolute winner for this movie was the soundtrack. The music fit the narrative extremely well and I as an audience was totally soaked into it. Also, MCU's new style of patently crafted melody for each scene depending upon the narrative mood was an absolute delight to watch. 5. Completely, worth every penny. A 10/10 for you Shang-Chi!

It is the BEST martial arts movie EVER!!! Ip man, Bruce lee, Jackie Chan, crouching tiger hidden dragon, from black and white straight out of Hong and China in the 70’s2 80’s/90’s to color films, they come no where close to this one single movie by itself. It stands alone and on top of the mountain overseeing all others. It is also the best marvel movie to this date!

I watched this movie today only I can surely tell the things we are seeing in the trailer are just tip or 1/4th of an iceberg. just go and watch it. one of my favorite endings and never-ending action throughout the movie makes it more special and plus the arguably one of the best mid-credit scene
