Never heard of “unpleasant truths?” Some people get mad when presented with truths that contradict their worldview. Some withdraw into loud denial. Some get depressed. Some re-evaluate their worldview and adjust to fit the facts (a healthy response). Some try and come up with reasons to explain why they’re still right even though the facts contradict their worldview (this last being the core of a conspiracy theorist’s mindset).

I think we should start a database of companies that endorse any candidate and link to corporate history just to make things transparent. It's always nice to know which corporations we are voting in to office and the impact they've had on our health and the world around us. I for one don't like the idea of a self crashing electric car manufacturer who contributes to the mental degradation of anyone who listens to him having hands in the presidents pockets.
