The belief that this argument is a "losing one" is naive. America's 'injustice system' treats trump much differently than you or I would be treated. Umm, what did you think the judge should have done? If he brushed it all under the rug, they would have brought it up on appeal. Judges make decisions, that's what they do. If you don't want to suffer from adverse decisions, then avoid trials.
