It's not a complex concept to strap an rpg7 warhead to a drone and fly it into something. Many countries already have drones that carry hellfire missiles. The only difference really is the us would use c4 explosives vs Russian made warheads. The vast majority of the damage is done with drones dropping hand grenades into open hatches, if the russians were smart enough to close the hatches on their tanks when they run away from them ukraine would have to expend more resources.

Unfortunately, the USSR (and its descendant, the Russian Federation) was one of them. The UN occasionally does good things, but seriously needs reform to make a real difference in the world.
