I've watched a couple and really believed that Shane (at that exact moment) took what he heard/seen and believed it.... if only for a couple seconds until he remembered he was filming and is a non-believer. But it was just a genuine unscripted *believing* moment caught on camera.

after looking at jackson's drawing- as an artist myself, it was almost like he was afraid to draw matilda. the placement and scaling of the little girl on that large sheet of paper is like he's shying away from the topic. idk it could just be me but i know how someone's mental state can affect how they draw. if we could've seen other drawings made by jackson, we'd definitely be able to tell.
