A production car capable of going 300 + MPH is mind boggling and the stuff of sci fi and yet here we are. God speed John Hennessey. God speed. During a time when our country has not been shining too bright, Hennessey Performance has been one of the few bright spots and has given us all a great sense of American pride. You all definitely have my thoughts and my prayers for success. BTW the F5 looks STUNNING!!!

I’m in love with the fact that an American foundation is fighting for a lead title in road to 300 mph against multi billion dollar companies

Texas horsepower and Texas ingenuity! Outside Tyler, Texas, there is a fairly new loop private funded tollroad called loop 49. I'm guessing it's 10-15 miles long. There are a few hills and slight or long curves, but there are a couple of flat long stretches. Also, the majority of the road doesn't have anything built close to it. It's 2, 3, and 4 lanes at times, so it averages 3 lanes with shoulders. It's all a single asphalt/ concrete surface, so the lanes aren't separated by a median or anything else. Plus, it's still new enough that there's not many houses or businesses built along the road.

I ADORE the Venom F5. Especially in the blue debut color.

Ever since I was at the NASA runway a few days after your previous top speed test, I’ve wondered what updates were made to the car? Very shortly after that last attempt you guys said you would be focusing not on top speed runs but on building customer cars. Quickly, many cars were delivered to customers. What changes will you be retrofitting to the existing customer cars to ensure the high speed capability and stability? The timeline between knowing the final result of the last speed testing and the parallel production schedule could only leave current customer cars sitting at the same aerodynamic and performance level of the last test car. Eager to see how fast this platform can safely run!
