Very tasty and simple cake on kefir (kefir can be replaced with yogurt). The pie is prepared without a mixer, everything can be mixed with a whisk or fork. The cake turns out very fragrant and tender! It is best to cook a pie with sour berries.

To make the One Glass All Pie:
* Glass 200 ml
**Form diameter 20 cm
Egg - 2 pcs.
Flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 1 cup
Kefir or yogurt - 1 cup (room temperature or warm slightly)
Sugar - 1 cup
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Berries - 200-300 g
Salt - a pinch
Soda - 0.5 tsp
1. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, kefir and semolina.
2. Add vegetable oil, flour and soda. Let stand for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells. Or you can pre-fill the semolina with kefir and let it swell.
3. Lubricate the mold with butter or vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.
4. Pour the dough into the mold. Lay berries on top.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Focus on your oven.
