We make a marinade from lemon juice, oil and spices. Rub the fish with marinade and leave for 3-8 hours. We cook in an earthen tandoori under indirect heat for 2 hours.

Carp roe
Breadcrumbs - 200 g

Red paprika - 10 g

Sunflower oil.
