A few months ago we ranked your cars and had a really good time, so we’re back with some of the WEIRDEST cars you sent us. And we brought special guest Bruce Greene along for the ride! @@MikeS309 Existing is a crime? Civil asset forfeiture only applies to normal people, otherwise it wouldn't be called a civil asset forfeiture because no goods are being forfeited civilly. I think you're thinking of asset forfeiture in general, not of the civil variety. Civil forfeiture is used specifically to take from people who have done noting wrong.

7:30 These are called A-tractors or earlier so called EPA tractors (Äkta epa). Witch after the 2nd war swedish farmers was in desprate need of tractors. So it came a low that said you can rebuild regular cars to tractors. So the law said it could be driven with any drivers lisecne witch at the time was a tractor lisence at the age of 16. Now teens got word around these EPA tractors and started building these tractors out of Volvo duetts witch was a family car/van in the late 50s and 60s. So what they had to do to make it a legal tractor was to cut of the back of the van and build this little box/pickup on the rear. And restrict the gearbox to 2 gears (Meaning they could go over 30kmh but only legal top speed at 30kmh) and take off the rear suspenison and shorten the frame by 25cm. Laiter on the (Moped/AM lisence) got released and they automatically got driven by 15 year olds. Now after it got so popular for these cars to drive around in 1975 they got forbidden/replaced by A - tractors. (Retail on a good conditon EPA tractor is now around 8000 usd) Witch was mostly builts of volvo duetts till the late 80s and 90s people started mostly building them out of volvo 240s and 740s. Mostly the same rules stood exept that you could have rear and front suspension now. And a new way of restricting it They shortend the driveshaft and they had 2 gear boxses (Mostly volvo m47s) And as many gear as they wanted in the first gearbox aslong as it dident go over 30kmh. Sadly you still had to cut off the back of the car to make it a tractor and the 2 gearboxes made the car rev to very high amounts, Now after having these laws for some time. In the year 2020 it got releasted something called a (H-regg) Witch was this little device you put in the engine bay that read the speed on either front or rear wheels or the spedometer. That everytime it got to 30 kmh it made the car bog and slowed it down. This made it so you could just have it at a single gearbox and lower revs meaning it was now possible to daily these instead of mopeds way more efficently. And now adays you dont need to cut down the back of the car to make it a pickup more known for (Okapad A - tractor). If its front or rear wheel drive you just have to weight it so 60% of the cars wheight is on the driving axel. If its AWD you can just leave it as is and just restict the speed and gearbox. Now its sadly more v70s etc made into these tractors. EDIT: If you have an uncut/Okapad A - tractor you have to have a rear wall behind the front seats making it not have any storage or more then 2 seats I have a classic EPA myself im renovating for my lisence in april. Pro tip, PT Cruiser GTs had the same SRT4 Engines as the Neon but tuned a bit down and most were still automatics. They're great sources for SRT swaps.

Actually these tractors in sweden is called "epa traktor ". They are really polular. There is a new law that says that from now on. You can make any car into a epa traktor and you just have to limit them to 20mph/30km/h.

seriously? couldnt stand either one. 60 seconds in i muted the sound. all but 2 maybe 3 cars were interesting rest were boring as the comentators probably were. they look 40 and act like they 15 year old girls.
