I agree I've been trying to get a group together to stand up for the rest of us that the world is forgetting about and won't be heard. Absolutely! My husband was special ops in the AF for 26 years and has now been retired from the military for 8 years. Things were going downhill then and that played a big part in why he went ahead and retired. After spending our whole marriage up to that point feeling like a single mom (of 4 kids) three quarters of the time due to him being deployed so frequently it was such a relief when he got out. ..but was also a bit scary at the time and it took some adjusting to get used to no longer being active duty...for both him as the military member and for our family. I wish you all well. Does he have employment lined up already? Is he in a field that will make it easy to find a good job/career?
