OMG! Michael is the same guy in that video where he picks a fight with a cop on the street, who was not even looking at him at the time. Michael kept getting in the cops face while on the phone with his friend who kept telling him to walk away. Once he got what he wanted and had the cops full attention, he runs away, only to get caught a few minutes later! Looks like Michael has not learned a thing! Wow!

Pretty sure that by the time a gun needs to be pulled it is normal to be nervous for everyone, we also don't know how skilled/experienced the officer was , just saying as i can imagine being somewhat a rookie or a cop without many years or encounters like that under his belt still has to learn how to go about controlling themselves in situations like that that can easily escalate fast and real bad, especially in America. I do agree more training and continued training courses during service once every few years to keep up could do well
