@@Night_Marrione You're welcome. Yeah the way they explained it wasn't accurate it made it sound like when Chucky as a human still stabbed Sara in the belly she bled to death but wasn't the case. Thry saved her and nica was born but as a result paralyzed her which Chucky admits later on in the present time near the end of it. Chucky didn't kill Sarah til 25 years after stabbing Sara and then she bled to death when Nica found her with scissors snd her hand on them making it look like she killed herself.

If you consider the concept that was originally written that became childs play technically its been over 40 years since Don wrote the original.

@@Hess0410 But that does not mean it has been over 40 years since he has been leaving a trail of bodies because a concept is not consumed by the general public. There isn't a short or any produced material. That is not over 40 years. And no - Mancini says the concept was developed in 1985 which would make next year 40 years so not over 40 years. He said the animatronics in Gremlins - which was not released until 1984 (40 years ago this year) showed him something like a killer doll could be possible.
