We see someone that literally says they need a mental health break and are struggling with depression, but all people care about is physical appearance 🙄 Jaclyn, you look amazing, and I pray that you are able to work through your mental fog and depression. I tell people all the time who “have had it worse”, that something being bad or difficult is such an abstract concept that you can’t compare your tough experiences to another’s. I know there are people out there who are struggling in very harsh ways, but depending on your way of life and how you view things depends on the type of struggles you go through. There is no one way for a person to feel anxiety or depression. I hope you read this and remember that even though someone is telling you that you don’t have the right to be upset, or anxious or whatever, that you do have that right because it’s your struggle. And a struggle is singular to the person involved. I love you Jaclyn and I know you’ll push through.

I used to be a long long supporter of you, I just have nothing to connect to anymore, feels like you're an empty shell of a human filling your life with material possessions. Again - touch base with reality Jaclyn. This is coming from THE BEST place with THE BEST intentions from someone who is also struggling with depression and anxiety. As someone who is currently struggling with their weight due to anxiety and depression that no one around me understands and thinks I’m just being dramatic as well I appreciate the hell out of this video. You’re someone I look up to and to hear that you have and or are struggling with similar issues feels so refreshing. I feel not everyone around me gets it when I go through my low times. They just tell me to get over it or to just do it when it’s something that cripples me to even think about on a very physical level. The anxiety is awful and I react by crying I don’t know why but my whole life I’ve been this way.
