Sometimes cars die, and they go to hell. But every so often, when the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow... those cars get brought back. This is a list of 10 cars that got axed by their manufacturers, but came back in a new form. Are these reincarnations better than the originals? Or should they be sent back? We're gonna find out.

I saw an absolutely MINTED, early 90s, bright red Acura NSX at the Acura dealer a few weeks ago that was in for service. Windows were down to see the gorgeous interior too. As an owner of an A90 I can attest that the car definitely caries on the spirit of a mid-range sports car being crazy tunable and punching above it's weight. The B58 can take some wild abuse much like the 2JZ. ... The real problem is the lack of manual. It boggles my mind why they won't offer it, but knowing the new Nissan Z will have a stick brings me hope.

My uncles took '62 and '65 Nova wagons and turned them into mid-engine monsters. ripping out the rear seats and replacing that space with engine bays. They would drag them on the brand new, unopened, freshly paved interstates of new jersey. Legendary work!

My dad was a manager at a Pontiac dealer. He got to drive home lot cars all the time. Pontiac had some great cars. The GTO and all GXP models are awesome. The executive cars were all comfortable and reliable. The Bonneville GXP is one of my personal favorite modern Pontiacs.

So basicly delta started as shit then became awsome with the delta s4 and the 2nd gen deltas like the hf integrale and then went back to shit with the 3rd gen delta. So I think we can thank the delta s4 for creating the basics for the 2nd gen delta that made it so succesfull in group a rally

I know this won't be seen by James. but when I was 23, I built a 1980 Rabbit with a blueprinted over boared to 2.3 L with a NASTY cam and turbo, Corrado g60 trans, Borla exhaust, Neuspeed upper and lower swaybars front and back, full roll cage, NSP coilovers, no back seats, no headliner, no dash besides a plank of wood for my CD player, and a ten inch sub in the back. It was my daily driver and it did 11.3 in the quarter. That's when my love for VW was born. I feel you dude.. in the least gay way possible.

A great ranking indeed, but personally, I would move the GTO on top, move the Blazer to the bottom, and move the Thunderbird to the middle. I do not really like all of the interior screens on the Grand Wagoneer, but other than that, it is nice, so I would keep it up. I agree with the rest of the list, though, and it is definitely a great, fun, enthusiastic, high-energy video, and opinions that are different are always interesting to hear (as I agree with most things on the channel).

The original GTOs looked like every other average Pontiac at the time. Perfectly fitting that the newer one did the same.

You are correct. Problem is, many GM & Chevy fans refuse to buy new. They 'cant wait to snatch in up after the depreciation.' The reason the new Blazer isn't a cool rugged off roader, is because Chevy has learned it's lesson. Consider the sales failure of: Pontiac G8 GTO SSR HHR SS (150 MILES AN HOUR IN A TINY VAN!)

I own a full option 2009 VW Scirocco 1.4 TSI and it's an absolutely gorgeous car to look at and a fun one to drive. Aaaaand it has the most comfortable seats I've ever sat my butt on! It has had some issues as it's nearly done 190,000 kilometres but I just love it!

Agreed. For our first cars, my brother (one year older) had an 87 corolla. It ran fine. I was gifted the 87 Nova. It was also "fine", IF YOU LIKED A THREE SPEED AUTOMATIC. The thing could barely do 65 on a freeway with the pedal to the floor.

Those supercharged Corrados gave a good fight to the H22 Preludes back in the day. I really liked the lines of the old Chevy Blazer, the new one looks like a modified RDX.

I was just talking to my mom about it not too long ago and she said that he told her he bought it as a joke and was going to sell it shortly after he acquired it, but *he kept it for quite a while tbh.* I can still remember riding around in it.

I swear I'm the only person who likes the newer GTO. The 05-06 came with the 6.0L LS2 and made 400hp. They were designed with a supercharger in mind and have predrilled holes where a Procharger sits with no additional brackets needed. That's badass imo.
