One thing I have learned about being multiple races no one side is more or less racist then the other. I’ve been called the n word by whites and wanna be black by blacks. I sit back in amusement at the ignorance of people from both sides of the coin but all in all we are nothing but that, just a coin that the politicians gamble on and make wagers and we all fall victim in one way or another to the gambling table of lies and rhetoric that the politicians and the media try to make us believe.

That’s a fair point. Didn’t even think of that. But yeah, I honestly hate being white because it does hurt a lot to be called racist. I say this only because I did have someone accuse me of being rude to them when I was young working at a movie theater. It was a holiday weekend and we had huge crowds of people and it was our job to make sure we didn’t take a long time to give out tickets. I honestly did the best I could, I was working really hard without any breaks because we were super busy but I was polite as I could be and quick during each transaction. However, after my shift was over my boss pulled me aside and into the managers room and all the managers were there and I was questioned like I was on trial. I’ve never been so terrified before, because I was pretty young and really naive then. It was only the second job I ever had and I really was just a good nerdy kid. It took me a while during the questioning to even realize what was going on. But when I realized that a customer had complained I was rude because I was too fast during the transaction and thought I was racist, I never felt so terrible. Because I never ever thought that way. Anyways I know not everyone is like that, but it still really affected me personally. I guess it didn’t help that back then I was super shy, so my confidence was really low to begin with. And I had just started opening up more and trying to be outgoing. But, then after that I went back to being very quiet and reserved for a long time. And my bosses then had another coworker in the booth with me always from then on. Anyways, I hope it’s not really like this for you. And I wish we could all just get along. Sorry for venting. Hope you have a good holiday.

According to leftist logic, all black people think alike (remember: "you ain't black" if you even think about not voting for Slow Joe), and the distinction between the respectable, law-abiding ones and the violent, criminal ones is insignificant. This is the true meaning of "equality": assuming that people will conform to your stupid idea of what they should think and how they should act and that all differences between individuals couldn't possibly be innate and particular to the individual but instead must be due to a vaguely defined "system" of "intersecting socially constructed identities."

However, that's about those people and not everyone is racist. But never have I ever had an elevator door closed on me or people not get into a pool with me. People are generally polite. I have doors held open (thank you, gentlemen) and great customer service in many establishments. I have two college degrees (just paid off my loans) and never felt like race held me back. He never dreamed in a million years that the police would be as hated as they are, that even when they're trying to help someone in crisis, people crowd around with their cell phones taking videos and screaming derogatory remarks, spitting at them and sometimes even throwing things. He told me that he's due to retire in 6 months and can't wait because he's so miserable being a police officer. That is incredibly sad as far as I'm concerned. Correcting past prejudice by instilling your own prejudices doesn’t correct an imbalance, it only tips a scale to injustice. When we stop keeping score, when we allow others to be proud of who they are and celebrate themselves, when we stop asking race or gender on standardized forms or allowing color labels of black or white or yellow or.... only then will we be free and equal.

@Luke Skywalker Actually they don't actually "make" the products. Instead they distribute them. Same goes for many large companies. They franchise smaller companies to make the products. Hormel, for instance doesn't make their brand of chili, There is a small factory in Beloit Wisconsin which Hormel doesn't own, that makes and brands Hormel Chili. I could list several other products that are not actually made by their respective companies but just distributed by the companies.

@@j_freak-1327 I feel as though since our nation was built upon slavery it has to be somewhat deeply rooted. I can literally follow the roots back hundreds of years. Also you know dog whistles in politics? Well there is racism that may not seem racist to u but actually marginalizes ppl such as the angry black woman stereotype or asking to touch black ppl's hair. Since you have not been oppressed in these manners you may not have been able to pick up on this and recognize how it may make black ppl feel. How are u supposed to ask for chocolate moose if you have never heard or tasted it before? Anyhoo its like the opposite of a political dogwhistle instead of garnering supporter attention they grab the attention of the opposition. They are putting ppl down whether intentionally or not. I just mentioned this bc it has obviously not occurred to u based on ur 1st statement.
