Friend, if you have contact with Mandy, please can you send her the following: 1) Did Mandy know the neighbours before they put their house on Air BnB? 2) Mandy should check that the neighbours house is still on Air BnB. If not, then the question arises as to who is occupying it? 3) If Mandy did get on with her neighbours and has a means to contact them. 4) If good for point 3) and the house is on Air BnB, Mandy should send the neighbour the dates during which the whistler put in appearances, and ask if there is some way the neighbour can find out (perhaps via their own Air BnB account) who rented the house at those times. Perhaps it was the same person? 5) Also she should check the property's reviews. Did a guest report unusual goings on? Perhaps the culprits occupy a shed or other out building on that land? Perhaps a reviewer can potentially provide some form of corroboration for the police. 6) If good for point 3) and the house is not on Air BnB, Mandy should ask the neighbour what they are doing with the property and who could potentially be living there. Maybe it is being occupied illegally without the owner's knowledge. 7) If Mandy barely knew the neighbours AND the house is not on AirBnB she should be very careful about trying to contact them. Just in case they are linked to the incidences in some way. Something about that neighbouring house does not sit right with me. The whistler is disappearing somewhere on foot and appears to have access to an array of disguises that will be stored somewhere. I have this suspicion that the house is being periodically occupied by some sick minded and potentially drug fuelled people, with a potential further agenda to drive Mandy's family off of her own land.

I hike in western Massachusetts in the Berkshires, not Applachians, confused. The whistle is a common bigfoot sound as well as the hoot owl sounds. They typically greet me with those or a tree knock. Remember, they can shift to invisible mode and speak right next to you without you seeing them. Happened to me, more than once. For me, they are my protectors in the woods. I’ve said it before and I will say it again If I were in Her and her husband’s shoes I would go down to the nearest animal shelter and adopt 4-5 of the biggest dogs they had. If someone stalking this family is mentally ill, then why would they go completely out of view every single video shot. Either this is a setup, or this woman really needs to hide her video cameras with much more stealth. You would think she would take more time and effort into concealing those cameras much better. I don’t know if she already has this set up because I’m new here, but there should be cameras facing cameras that have the whispers, to catch who is doing this. Because if they’re staying off camera just behind it, the other camera facing that one will show it. All cameras should have another facing them.

I'm wondering why not put a camera facing the back side of her house to see who is standing by her house? She may have already addressed this at some point in her videos, however, I feel like if she can do this it would be really helpful. There is more than one thing going on there. The being on the roof wasn't human by ant means and I am leaning more alien for the thing on the roof. The other things seem to be an EXTREMELY mentally unstable person with substance abuse problems on top of it messing with her for whatever reason. I wish the police could get prints or something that would nail that aspect down at least. I know I would be salting and saging the perimeter of the house. The doors and windows at the very least. I would also be contacting a Native American Shaman because maybe this is something if that nature and could be fixed by a Shaman and offering to the spirits. If you look at 2:14 or a few seconds before. Whatever it is throws a rock at the ring cam. It has to be something with hands. Ghost or something paranormal can't pick up a rock. So my thinking, it's either a sasquacth or human and I don't know that a human would be out in that cold just to mess with her. But a sasquacth has got all night to scare you. She really needs to buy concealed cameras.... biggest thing that bothers me is somebody is walking up close enough to the ring doorbell to be heard. So where's the footage of somebody walking up to the ring camera? I would put a concealed camera aimed at the ring doorbell that whoever is doing this is using all the time. So if they keep going to the back ring camera, have a camera pointing so you see whoever it is walk up. It's not too difficult!!!
