As a kid born in 2012(A lot of results, say that Gen Alphas are born from 2010 to now) I am so lucky to not be as doomed as these kids. My grades are all around 80% and I am not illiterate as those Gen Alphas in this video, nor spoiled as them. But this video is kinda true for a few classes that are the same grade as me in my school, and those students two grades below me, There is one class in my school where those students are so noisy and mischievous, their teachers are at the point where they are going to have high blood pressure O_O.

As a 5th grader in Scandinavia we arent behind. The school i go to starts at 07.30 and ends at 13.30 or 14.15 (depending on what day it is.) Thats 6 hours of school. And we still arent behind. Some of my classmates are as good at maths as 6th or 7th graders are. So i think its just USA That has that problem

As a 4th grader irl in the philippines, our failing grade is below 80. I’m writing essays, book reports, stories, etc. we also learn 5-6th grade performance in the US right now. Our heat recently is normally 40 or 43 in the days, so we have 9 am to 12 for originally PM classes. Because of that, its caused alot of traffic. Our spelling is words like meticulous, benevolence, jeopardy etc. most of my classmates speak like gen alpha but it doesnt affect their grades. Im gen alpha, but i love studying. I want to study as a psychology major in a good college and have a good job.
