@@ELECTRONOOBS thank you you're plan seems to be one of the best I've seen out there, I'm going to figure out if there's a way that I can make this thing work as a three-round burst in full auto mode by adding a magazine and an Arduino board to the unit. I don't know if you saw the part where I suggested set the metal slugs be coated in a light coat of lead then adding rifling to stop the tumbling of the projectile, so far the only solution that I have come up with to the tumbling issue is a spherical projectile. There is one problem to the spherical projectile the faster it goes it will start the corkscrew and become unstable as its approach towards its Target. I know this because I used to do a lot of paintball and when we would turn up the pressure the news Frozen paintballs they would corkscrew and go around corners of buildings. Thus making it very hard to hit the target

@@ELECTRONOOBS the first thing I'm going to need to do though is to boost the recharge cycle so it will recharge the Caps quicker to give the three round burst and full auto. In watching your video your coil gun was left with 30 volts with a 420 volt recharge cycle

Why didn't we get to see the rectified output on the scope?
