2 liters of milk. 4 eggs. 400 g of sour cream with a fat content of more than 20%. 1 tsp salt. Add sour cream mixture. Mix well. Place a rag in the pot. Put a glass of milk in it. Add water. Place the pot on the fire. The water has to boil. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes. Prepare a sieve. Then fill it into a cheese mold. Put a weight on it. Let stand overnight. Add a piece of butter to the pan. I use homemade herb garlic butter. 2 tomatoes. Bulgarian pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Chabbata is sourdough bread. Fry in a dry pan. Our homemade cheese is ready.
