Exactly. They pit people with less money against each other so that they don't notice the closing plants reappearing in other countries. The constant messaging that someone is trying to take something from them. The people at the bottom are not running the country or the corporations. They are just trying to keep their heads above water. People complaining about the economy while sending their hard earned money to an alledged billionaire. except no judge actually said that. the judge simply said tucker is not a news journalist but an opinion journalist. btw every news anchor on all cable news channels in the 8 and 9pm hours fall into the category of opinion journalists. the judge's opinion was based in jurisprudence and not a random selective response. i bring this up not because i am a fan or defending tucker but because i am sick of both sides and their obfuscations of the truth lead by grossly emotional biases.

He does not expect Tuckers words to be taken as fact... Otherwise those words would have been admissible in the case against him... In other words, the judge did not enter the court like a mean girl and gossip and bad mouth Carlson. Judges are well trained professionals. The judge did say Carlson hosted an opinion news show and not a news show and therefore was held to a different standard. BTW every cable station has opinion shows in prime time. Tucker is not unique I do disagree that the right wing is the worse of two evils. First off many people cling to antiquated views of left and right wing policies. To call the modern democratic party "left wing" is laughable in my opinion. Currently, George Bush, Hillary Clinton, and Mitt Romney easily fit in the same political party. The average middle class American (be them Republican or Democrat) actually share many of the same opinions about issues such as income inequality, health care, and endless unjustified wars. The problem is the middle class is shrinking. I don't want to go on for too long but I could. To put it lightly, I am not a republican but currently have very little respect for and cannot at all related to the modern democratic party To be honest I don't hate Tucker Carlson. I disagree with him a lot and don't endorse him but I actually respected his more recent analysis of the modern cry of the military industrial complex and some of his insights on income inequality. You will probably dismiss me completely for that but then you probably do not know his exact views on those subjects
