I work at a gas station. As a manager . Although I don’t do over nights very often. My night guys have some crazy stories. Your story makes me so anxious cause right now we are the last store in the area that hasn’t been robbed. All the places nearby that got robbed , no one got hurt, but you just never know what person you will get. I’m glad you decided to call it in. I understand how difficult it is to tell the difference between someone in a rough situation and someone who is a threat to you. Glad your instincts were right !

@@shelbygrace6091 I am fine, thank you for asking! He never came back in while I was there but I left that job about 2 years after that incident. Made sure I had pepper spray and a knife on me at all times. The guy actually ended up getting clean and has since married a girl I went to school with. They have a family and he is working and taking good care of himself and his family. No grudges here, I’m just so glad to see him doing well for himself.
