Well said. I used to be Amanda Seales. So I see her viewpoint AND the bigger picture. I’ve definitely had to learn how to present my perspective and my knowledge with more couth, more class, more grace and more strategically. Other people’s opinions and feelings matter just as much as mine. 😐 I had to learn that even though I might not be “wrong” sometimes I still can be offensive, sometimes I can overstep other people’s boundaries and it’s because I like to be in control. Used to like it anyway. A lot has changed and I haven’t lost who I am. In fact I’m a much higher representation of myself. She can do the same and not lose who she is as well. But I don’t think she sees change as a requirement.

When someone states Amanda is correct I think more would believe her not to be the victim she makes her self to be. I don’t feel it’s a man or woman thing, it’s a personality issue. God humbles the proud and this is her season for it. A person will keep learning the same lesson until they pass the test. She didn't pass it 10 years ago and hasn't changed today. She is an acquired taste. Not for everyone, but I understand it. Gifted ppl find out quickly that they need to be their own boss. They don’t always play well with others. But why should they? They’re gifted. But, the problem with that is, that it can become lonely and burdensome if they don’t learn to be more amiable with others in order to reach their goal.
