I do not need it right now but I like your content a lot - ev wise as hv ev battery wise to use them in solar power systems. I had found the channel to late and I am still unsure where to get these battery packs you and flying tools are using to get started. But I like this content of step by step and the general overview and explanations therefore I watch and leave a message to let you know it is not in vain, but appreciated what you are providing here.

Hi thanks so much for the great work that you all are doing it’s is fantastic. 👏👏 I’ve a question about if there is something that I can use to convert a HV battery pack from a BYD Atto 3 and I would love to use it as a stationary energy storage. It’s 60kw LFP 400vdc build in 2022. I read the forum where it explain what is needed and read the list of battery models supported but couldn’t find BYD Atto 3. Thanks in advance and would appreciate it any information. Kind regards Juan

Something just occurred to me, could you theoretically use the BYD combiner box to parallel two or even three batteries?

Had to set bitrate to 115200 on a Mac then it UL fine and the serial monitor also needs 115200. Mac M2......dunno why, but seems to work. THX !!!!

What’s your planning about getting 3 relais intergrated for the battery contractors? And are there enough gpio’s left while using a secondary canbus PCB. Great work so far !!

This project is great! I have a GEN24 Plus, and I am interested in acquiring a setup with a Tesla Model 3 (60 kWh) pack. I do not have the courage to do it, as it involves high voltage and expensive gear. But, I could be interested in buying one already configured... Presenting a working system could be also considered proof of concept... Does anybody have a "kit" that could be plug-and-play for this? Thank you Data for your work and investment (not just financial) in the project!
