The only thing a lot of people really care about now is videoing themselves doing stupid little dances or singing stupid songs and posting them on TikTok. It's so sad how much they're really missing out on

Yet know many are here for you, as you experience many versions outside as well as Inside oneself and cells!. And allow no illusions to lower however you think feel and believe as they will try to stop such a beautiful growing process. Have a faith. Love to grasp onto. And from my experiences Im greatly appreciated for my daughter1st wave as 2nd helped and is helping another. All becomes easier when known over feared. And if an swim or flow w the first aka worst blow there may be others for you as Ive had and wasnt easier just harder emotionally as opposed to a wtfreak moment. Of the unknown. Tk be honest. I want to write a book. As what most I Feel say mid life crisis is pretty much the same thing except not midlife and haven't reached what society says we should have by that moment. Which also has own meanings personally and uniquely to all! Yet seeing this occur and not always ending well. Sharing my story of experiences I hope will indeed help at leaat one other. Returning us to the true Centre or divine core, a renewed understanding of what we know (have always known) in our heart of hearts. Whilst its apparent expansion may speak of providence, becoming, the properties of destiny, serendipity and what we might call fate. And of course a fractal animation can run in either direction too. Mysteriously, miraculously 'both - and' inwards and outwards. I am reminded of that Moody Blues song from 1969 'Out and In' in their mystic days.

when i taught meditation and was a guide for wilderness trips , the topic of past and future often arose . i came up with this simple intellectual exercise to emphasize that there is only this moment . past and future do not exist except as concepts - think of something that happened to you yesterday or some time ago. Now ask yourself " When am i thinking or remembering this past event ?" Now do the same for a future plan . make a plan for this weekend . now again , ask , " WHEN am i making this plan ?" The answer is always NOW. even if you repeat the exercise five years from now , it will still NOW.

Consciousness is an abstract notion just like transportation. Abstract notions do not materially exist. So to what exactly can the word 'soul' refer?

Unless and until you address *Whose* consciousness and *Of_What* you might as well forget all about consciousness which is utterly meaningless in vaccuo without specifying and identifying Whose* consciousness and *Of_What*. It is axiomatic that you can experience nothing of consciousness other than whatever consciousness you yourself can experience and *Of_what*. You may care to consider Nietzsche' idea that suffering is the source of consciousness which word means *with_knowledge* or just knowing, because that is what it both means and *Is* . Of course different beings will understand or define know or knowing, differently. Idefine knowledge or knowing as direct immediate personal experience(as direct immediate and personal as pain). I think of it as the universe itself is alive, conscious, wise, intelligent, eternal. We are apertures or eyes that the universe uses to experience itself and know itself, through us

And that is why their material heads will roll and their non material consciousness will laugh at their lack of vision and wisdom. There are a variety of compelling avenues into why consciousness is central to existence. I like this phrase of yours, "True eternal nothingness cannot exist without nothingness being eternal." Clearly something else, more like consciousness, is required.

I wish my English was good enough to make a comment. The only thing I can say is: if one day , a Man can be able to come out of his body, contact his soul , learn from it, and could come back to his body; may find out the answer to ( what is consciousness).

The idea that consciousness is fundamental is eerily similar to Judaism claim of how God works: that it is an infinite consciousness pervading all of reality.

There has always been a big question for me:- how could life arise from inanimate matter? No problem with accepting Big Bang, star and planet formation etc.. Also once life started, Evolution takes over and organisms evolve in different ways to reach where we are now. All straight foreword. The stumbling point was how life started. Follow how I convinced myself:- The key word here is synergy, where 1+1>2. Take water as example. It is a combination of 2 oxygen parts with 1 hydrogen part. However long you contemplate the properties of the individual gases, you never will guess the property of water. Gases combining to form oceans of water, mountains of snow and clouds of rain. This is a synergetic effect of combination. Similarly if you string together a few hundred thousand molecules in the right order, you get synthetic bacteria. That is life:- it reproduces itself. Leave the rest to Evolution and you are done. Human brain is the highest rung in the evolution ladder. And consciousness is the property of the mind.It all takes time! So that is why it took 14 billion years for the universe to achieve it.

These kind of questions haunted my childhood.instead of learning I would daydream about the nature of the universe.i couldn't express this massive burden to anyone.i understand your anxiety but please let it go trust the process and live in this exact moment..... something I wish I could have told my younger self.

I'd like to make longer documentaries, but they do take a months to make. Yes, perhaps consciousness exists in both an implicate and explicate form - like features on a single body of water. David Chalmers suggested that Descartes ITTIA can today be updated to "I have consciousness, therefore I exist." So existence can at least be granted to something. Perhaps other lines can be deployed to argue that nothing exists outside of consciousness.
