Not gonna lie, when i saw the 1993-2021 with the music i almost cried. As a good french, it's like a part of our culture has gone away.

Tbh I wasn’t a invested fan of DaftPunk, only knew like 3 songs. This was how i was introduced to “Touch”. I’m sure it was a good ride for ya’ll.

I was born in 1992. These guys were always there for me, until now...

I was listening back through all of their albums. I never realised how many memories are attached to their albums. Going from early in secondary school being bullied finding Daft Punk and them giving me this belonging. It awoke something within me, i started making music more i acquired decks and started mixing french house. Years went on and on and i listened to every song so much everyone else around me was sick but i would always pick something else up within their tracks. I'm 24 now, long finished school happy with my partner and my life. While listening to their tracks back i hit Digital Love and it made me cry. A mix of happiness and sadness. They're gone but they really do live on through their music and the memories that are attached to them. Thankyou Thomas and Guy. I know you will never see this but it will be out their in the digital ocean like a message in a bottle. If this ever does make it's way to you. Just thankyou. Live your life happy knowing you healed and helped so many. If you ever come back i know it will be to make more memories. Rest now

BRB, crying for an hour

I remember first watching and listening to this back in 2021, bout to graduate High School. At first I was sad and bummed that I couldn’t get a chance to see them in concert but it became deeper than that. That same day when trying to go to bed I wasn’t able to fall asleep, so I put my earbuds on and listened to this track again but this time I cried, cried to non belief like I’ve never before. Memories started flooding thur my eyes and I couldn’t believe how far my life has gotten. Looking back now is like my future self’s (2022, and including 2023 as well) looking at my past self crying in bed. So much has happened since then a lot of highs and man a LOT of lows, but like a continuous cycle of life realizing now it’s only just the beginning.

I keep hearing "if love is the answer, your wrong" and it just made everything sadder

Straight up one of the nicest melodies I've ever heard.

I love how this part Touch pretty much followed the lifecycle of a robot that finally felt what it was like to be human, specifically the death of that robot, in the same way Daft Punk, a band of “robots” connected with so many humans, they have this as their outro as the duo dies

This song is giving me some hero going out in a blaze of glory while flashbacks play.

28 years, that's pretty long. I remember in the 90's me and my little sister used to watch their song " around the world " on TV, it was awesome, but we didn't know it would be the beginning of a great career for them.

Nothing too particular about the song but this opened the flood gates and i cried for about 8 minutes straight, it was really cathartic and i know feel emotions i almost with i didnt, Daft Punk just seems to do that to me
