Wow. There are doubtfully many more than I who would simply love for the entire "Sandman" series to be adapted for screen, especially now having seen season one. I've no doubt that some might disagree with me, but I thought the season to be one of, if not the best adaptation of a graphic novel I've ever had the privilege of helplessly binge-watching. "Dream of a Thousand Cats/ Calliope" was as close to a perfect season finale as I could have hoped for. I have only one reservation when it comes to the development of the rest of the novels and their various stories. Neil Gaiman's close involvement in the production is SO IMPORTANT. "American Gods" season one was incredible, but I found it began to feel its impact to lessen as the seasons went on after Mr. Gaiman distanced himself a little. I hope he stays close. His attention to detail surely trumps that of at least 90 percent of the human population. 😂 Well, perhaps not 90 percent, but the man truly is a visionary.

Destruction is a bit misunderstood since if he had performed his duties, catastrophic events would have taken place sooner and he would face more disdain from his siblings

Kristofer Hivju would be perfect Destruction, one year ago he played Nivellen in Witcher from Netflix, so they can hire him again to be in Sandman.
