Lewis' behavior in Silverstone and Max's at Monza were both kind of excusable - being in a title fight isn't easy and in those moments neither cooled down. Apart from that, they've both been super respectful. The Team Principals on the other hand.....

Lewis won this race and the Championship, he knows it, we know it. That's why you see him so strong, calm and confident even after all the circus today.

Throughut the season Hamiton had more luck (taking out Max in Silverstone, Max getting half points for Spa), so just because this time in the last race it happenned that Max got luckier does not mean that he wasn't better throughout the season

Except the unfortunate events in Baku, Monza, Silverstone, and Hungary, the lowest he finished was 2nd. You can't be unbiased and say Lewis deserved the entire championship over Max.

He made big progress. In the beginning of the season he made a lot of mistakes and was far behind Gasly. I think the last 2 to 3 races showed that they are now really close in terms of pace even though Gasly is a bit faster. But great progress nontheless.

His pace was amazing throughout the entire weekend

Prost was more of a gentleman than Lewis. It's years of media training and playing the audience to form a brand. Nothing he says ever feels like he's 100% speaking truly.

Leaving space behind SC. Overtaking outside the track. Bottas holding up Verstappen. Slowing down in qualification so others can't set a time. Crashing into Verstappen multiple times even sending him to the hospital and celebrating. And many other things. There is a reason why F1 fans around the world hate Hamilton.

But you cant deny the fact that F1 is living its golden days in terms of viewers and revenue and that is probably because of DTS. Americans didnt even talked about F1 before DTS as much as they do now. You can't deny the fact that F1 is a sport that runs for money, and lots of it. Last 2 years was a great success for F1 in terms of that and I believe that nothing will change. Drivers and teams have to get used to that. 2021 F1 season was really inconsistent in terms of stewards and race control, and all we can do is to hope that it doesn't happen again

I can only imagine how any professional athlete would feel after a result like this, when the competition is decided by what can only be described as a farce by a rule made up on the fly. And yes- it's not really a critique of Max or RB, both of whom did amazing this season, but rather of FIA that needs to have more consistency in their decision-making.
