Or being RUDE! When my Mom started going to a Senior Center, she picked up a lot of bad traits from her new friends. I would call her on them incessantly by saying, "If I ever did that, you &/or Dad would have slapped me silly. At no age, is rudeness to be tolerated; there is no excuse."

My mom told me about how her mom taught her basically to be accepting of everyone, no matter their differences. This is something that she passed down to me. And this is coming from a woman who grew up during the 60s and the 70s; during the movement era. And this ideology doesn't just apply to being accepting of other races: but also being accepting of people in the LGBTQ community.

Exactly my mom and grandma accepted me when I came out as bisexual and they were so loving and they were old too and they were kind about it no excuse to be horrible to ppl

Oh my gosh this lady was beyond ridiculous! She might as well have said "It's only illegal if you get caught". You need to watch the whole clip because it's insane. First, she says she she doesn't need a license to drive a vehicle because she's not driving a commercial vehicle and she's traveling, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Next, proceeds to go on for 20 minutes about how the police officer doesn't know the law, has expired tags but explains to the officer that it's illegal to not have tags but it's not illegal to not have a driver's license or to have unexpired tags. She refuses to give him any form of identification. She proceeds to refuse to get out of the car and kept saying she knows her rights and repeating herself. Finally, she gets out of the vehicle and they're able to get her name to look her up. She also says that they are searching her vehicle illegally, which they're not because she said she had left her stuff in the vehicle and needed it. And the icing on top of the cake was she not only had a warrant out for her arrest, but they had found Coca-Cola (I don't mean the beverage either) in her vehicle. 🤣🤣🤣 Oh yeah I almost forgot! She keeps asking if she can call her mom to come bail her out of jail after she's placed under arrest and the officer told her she could call her at the jail. Of course, the woman throws a tantrum and keeps insisting that she needs to call her mom and the officer is like "No, you can call her when you get to the jail". By the time she goes through booking, which could take hours and with the charges she has, she is going to have to wait to see a judge for her bond to be set. Stupid people face stupid consequences. 😂😂😂

My daughter is a lesbian and I know her and her wife have had some issues. Including a nasty letter after they hung a pride flag on their house. My daughter in law made a tiktok about and put we aren't taking it down across the top. We even considered buying more and adding a different pride flag for each letter. I went to my dad's apartment for sleepover when I was young teen. My parents had divorce long time. I liked to spend time with my dad. I didn't know I made noise from footsteps. Of course, I'm deaf. My dad told me that Neighbor was pissed off. He tried to explain that I'm deaf and I didnt know it was loud. He told me to be careful because neightblor would call cops. I walked slowly and softly. I remembered. I turned TV on, and i watched show. my dad ran to TV then he made volume to be too low. I said oh! sorry, my bad. Later, he finally got new house. it's less stressful

Just surround urself with people like urself who are positive when ur online. So UKpostsrs, tiktokers, etc who are like you are great to watch. I really like watching Sybil who is both on UKposts and Tiktok. It’s easier to learn about urself when you see other ppl who have gone through the questioning and are now confident in themselves. Also about the homophobes, people are usually not super loud about it and it’s a rare thing. It honestly happens more online and by family or even sometimes from ppl close to you. I’ve gone through it and came out the other side of it. It sucked but the fact I had found safe spaces online and in friend groups made it easier.

And when I spoke to the lady that moved in later she never even heard my husband play bass at 3am. Right outside the master bedroom which they had the same layout as we did. I went to see how she decorated her daughters room and to play with the dog. Sorry about the PTSD I know it is not fun. When I get triggered I just cry and hide somewhere like the closet. But then again mine is from abuse and hiding makes sense.
