How many pull-ups can firefighters be able to do ?! I don't know myself, today we'll check it out in the video! I want to note that when entering the ranks of bodies and departments for emergency situations, the standard for pull-ups is 15 repetitions, the same number must be performed in the future and on tests in the 1st medical-age category, i.e. up to 25 years old. Then, every 5 years, the number of repetitions decreases, so for example, at 46 years old, it is enough to pull up 7 times for an excellent assessment! But our guard tries to keep themselves in shape and fulfill all the standards for the 1st medical age group of health.
By the way, some of the firefighters in the video did pull-ups after their main workout.
