1.4 kg pork belly
1.5 liters of water
Add 100 g salt (4 heaped tablespoons) per 1 liter of water

1 teaspoon marjoram + 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon coriander + 1 teaspoon basil
2 tsp meat spice mix
3-4 bay leaves
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tbsp khmeli-suneli seasoning
7-8 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
700-800g potatoes
Salt
1 red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
20g butter
2 pinches of salt
1 large pepper
1 tsp paprika
Black pepper
A bunch of cilantro or parsley
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp cheese (optional)
RECIPE 2:
1.4 kg pork belly (weight without ribs)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Black pepper
1 teaspoon chili flakes
25g coarse salt (or to taste)
6-7 cloves of garlic
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Do not bring the water to a boil (100C)
Preferably simmer at a temperature of 85-90°C
Once desired temperature is reached, turn heat to low and cook for 2 hours
Sauerkraut pancakes:
250 g sauerkraut
Chop up the sauerkraut
1 large onion
250 g flour
Black pepper
Salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
250 ml milk
3 eggs
vegetable oil
RECIPE 3:
800-900g pork belly
Vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons)
3 onions
Add 1 teaspoon smoked paprika to the onions
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
500 ml light beer
Potatoes:
700g potatoes
2 eggs
2 pickled cucumbers
Green onion
dill
1 clove of garlic
2-3 tablespoons sour cream or mayonnaise
