Nice ride Shane. I was in your group most of the ride but the group split a K or so from the end and I didn't have enough to bridge the gap. Great sprint at the end by you though!

Thanks for the inspirational final sprint coming around the arch to the finish in Stage 1. I remembered how you did and tried it myself to great effect for my Stage 1 though +310 places more.

Great effort with the sprint at the end, held big watts for a huge amount of time after all the effort. I did the super early one AU time (6am) and there were ~7000 riders? Was insane!

I rode this ride too but joined 2 mins to go and was way too far back starting around 1500th. Amused me that my group still had a rapid finish fighting for around 500th place and yes, I was a protagonist!

11.5k on the ride I did yesterday for the Tour. Plenty of disconnects going on at a couple of points in the ride.

Hi Shane, love your videos. I finally got an Elite Direto X about 3 months ago to increase my time on the bike around work times. Definitely noticing some strength gains. I just completed my first Tour de Zwift Stage 1 and saw place ranking once crossing the finish line but can't find it in the saved data later. Is it possible to see rankings per TDZ stages? Did stage 1 Monday at 9am Pacific. 11k+ in ride. Not a single glitch on iPad Pro. FYI.

The ride I did they combined A B C on the leaderboard so you had no idea what place you were in on your particular ride that you chose. It doesn't appear it did that to you so I assume it was a glitch.

Is there a unlock for laps of the jungle circuit as it has a lap counter like the volcano?

How do you connect Shane? Companion app PC Bluetooth or PC Ant+? TDZ today there was 5k riders. Looked like about half the riders sensors disconnected at the beginning because we soon came to a stop. I was using the companion. UK 👍

Have you thought of using the Nopinz Sub zero training shorts and jersey that has little ice packs inside it to keep you cool?

You mentioned you have Assiomas. Why were you using your Kickr for power and not the Assiomas with a match? Is is just that they measure the same for you?
