In this video we are focussing on hooded eyes and upper eyelids, where I show you my top 3 face exercise to tone and lift upper eyelids easily and quickly, especially if you have any issue with droopiness of the skin in the upper eyelids, hooded upper eyelids and want to improve collagen in the skin around the eyes. 🌸 As we go through our 40s and 50s, we might notice the collagen slowed down, face muscle have lost their tone and hormones are a rollercoaster, this in turn reflect in how our faces look and feel. The muscles around the eyes tend to get weaker and therefore can greatly benefit from strengthening.
So this video is for you, if your eyelids look like they’ve lost their tone, eyes have become hooded or you feel it’s even hard to open the upper eyelids sometimes without raising your eyebrows. Remember the face muscles just like the body - if we don’t strengthen them, they get weak!
I’ll walk you through my top 3 exercise for strengthening the upper eyes for removing the droopy eyelids.
