@@supermeryemyilmaz21 I wouldn't say where I want things to be, but definitely better. I've found keeping myself busy helps a lot. And not busy with meaningless shit, cuz that lead straight back to the numbness. But focusing on things I need to accomplish even as little as cleaning my room. I struggle with the energy to do these things in the first place, sometimes even getting out of bed. But I think the best I've felt is when I had a lot of work for college and deadlines that force me to get up even if I don't have the energy. I realised through that, that the only thing I can do to not go back to the numbness is to keep moving, literally physically getting up and getting myself busy. I was also disappointed with a potential thing with a guy I liked, I felt bad for it for a while. Honestly the best thing that comes of keeping myself busy is I start to just not give a fuck what ppl think and find it easier to move forward. Turns out when you have priorities, drama matters less, I can't believe I learned this shit now lol. I still come back to this song tho, especially after long days, sometimes I just feel tired and sad. So I just let myself be tired and sad, its very hard to do that sometimes. It actually helps to feel better faster, the struggle tho for me was surprisingly IF I wanted to feel better in the first place. Allowing myself to feel sad and still be kind to myself is hard af, but hey good music helps I'm I right?
