Didn't they not elaborate on why she lost custody? It takes a lot for a judge to take a child from their mother in most places is all I'm saying. The dad was definitely a wolf in sheeps clothing when it came to the courts I'm betting.

@@capcutfc291They did but even after turning her life around they finally denied her appeals. They didn’t listen to her concerns. You’re right to some degree but I looked further into this and the 2 out of 4 judges were pro military and it was one of the two that kept denying her rights to visitation which feels almost bias on the husbands side.

So true I came to know a man in the military.He was on the brink of retiring.He preyed on the weak,lost souls.adicted,homelessprostitutes,disabled,elderly,u unwanted, and unloved.he cosigned for a home for one of his victims then swiftly took it.He had a wife and kids in another state. He used this house to beat crippled men,overdose and s.a. women and men.i overheard him discussing who to get rid of. I got out of his radar ASAP. I know he retired with full benefits.he was on loads of psych meds.bought heroine for his victims. A truly deplorable pervert. He even has alias names.

This is one of the saddest child abuse cases ever. Sherri MAY have had some troubles going on in her life, however, she LOVED her child. You could tell from the get go that the father didn't give a shit, and to give HIM custody just because he's a military man (that's even worse, they are usually angry, aggressive, etc.) And to hell with that wife too. I hope they rot in jail, and you they do to baby murders in jail!!!

In the case of Jennifer Brown how sad to see the depths of depravity in humanity. Murdered the Mother of that poor boy who was all she had. The love of a son for his Mother and a Mother for a son taken from each other so brutally. That’s one of the saddest true crime stories I’ve ever seen.

Well said they all use excuses I've been thru alot of abuse,my father killed my mother n put her in basement n she had 5 children n not 1 of us would ever hurt anyone that creep on here knew exactly what he was doing, he knew where he was driving to going shopping my father's parents were same way my dad was but it was choice he made to kill my mother cause she had enough of his abuse n said she was leaving n he said he was drunk n when she said she's leaving he hit her in head with an axe that was in 1964 there was 5 children in house the whole 3 days she was in basement, that's only little bit of my life knowing how hurt I felt I wouldn't want anyone else to feel that way I help ppl my whole life I'm 63 now n after 35 yrs of counseling off n on I got court papers from back then n how shitty system is. He says he was unfairly judged,how bout what he did to the kids,he'll look for any excuse he's disgusting

Baby hope case is sad but all to familiar with Hispanic culture and especially in the 80s and 90’s. The women have no rights and poorly mistreated. However, I can’t imagine ever leaving my children to anyone without a fight. I wouldn’t care of my legal status- my kids would always be first. But that’s my opinion. By the way at Washington heights is not located in Queens NY.

The family had to know that baby was no longer with him ..?! Where did they think she was. Did they see her eye damage? Like the Sunday school teacher ; she saw something wrong. And amazingly she remembered that babygirl and that's what brought him to his door, though very much later she told. Thank you Dear Lady for helping give this angel back her name ❤❤❤👍

Do you know, the baby Hope case contrasts the worst in humanity with the best. Those who killed the baby discarded her as rubbish, but the community loved her and gave her a beautiful funeral. God bless the dear soul who bought the baby a lovely dress to wear on her way to Heaven. RIP little one. You are dancing with the angels now, in your beautiful dress, given in love. You were loved. We just wish we could have saved you.

What kind of a person does that. Oh my God that's horrific. That poor mother once again failed by the damn organization is supposed to protect children. Sometimes when I’m feeling that way it can be healthy to take a break from the news & true crime stories. There’s times you have to seek out happy ending stories to restore your faith in humanity. I consume a lot of true crime, and sometimes I have to remind myself to find a balance & focus on the good that’s out there. TBH, some of the true crime stories will even remind me of the good in people. Like someone heroically risking their life to save a stranger. I saw a news clip earlier where a woman had driven three hours to help search for a missing person whom she never met.

Jones who murdered his 5 children. The Death penalty is a favor to him . How could you live with yourself? I think every day of a life sentence would be like dying every day. As far as his mental status, he made plans for disposal of bodies. Was googling extradition. Either way, I can't understand how anyone could hurt a child, let alone kill their own 5 no less young children. I wish I had not watched that . Thinking what those children endured during their short young lives in addition to him actually killing them is too disturbing. I've been praying since before it was over . They're ok now.

Mom would’ve had to go to court for contempt for the visitation. That’s the only way they would’ve known he wasn’t keeping up his part of it. So sad…not sure if because he was in the military…but you’re not even supposed to just leave the state with she child unless the other parent agrees. But the baby wasn’t even going to the doctor or school 😢

The monsters were free and living their life after an angel was murdered. Its very likeky that the evil stepmother abused and neglected her and may even be responsible for her death. He still is no ot saying how he did it and I read a report where he said that he decided to get rid of her when he returned from deployment from the military. Wow. Two beautiful women that were killed by this psychopath, and what for? To me it seems like he wanted to just use her EBT card, but I know that's not the case.
