Acts like a deal maker but easily breaks promises 4. Ignores experts but is said to be "seduced by himself" during his own speeches. 5. Calls for opponents to be locked up but frets about getting convicted himself. 6. Manipulates the media for personal gain but attacks the lying press as enemies. 7. Vows to root out corruption but abuses official powers. 8. Claims to have the best lieutenants but surrounds himself with sycophants. 9. Relishes supporters violence but keeps enough distance to avoid charges of incitement 10. Knows small lies aren't believable but "big lies" become gospel. 11. Builds his cause around a pledge to make the country great again, While threatening its very foundations. 12. Calls his rivals vermin to dehumanize them. This is a description of Adolf Hitler, drawn from biographies of the man. Sure sounds like Trump too me. A vote for Trump is a vote for fascism. Fight fascism vote blue. Article 1, Section 8 New York Constitution, last sentence states, "and the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the fact." During this trial the jury will only be allowed to determine the fact, not the law. Does anyone think the jury will here about this Constitutional right? It's not going to be heard during jury selection, it's not going to be heard during jury instructions, the defense is not going to be allowed to bring it up during trial and the judge and prosecution are certainly not going to bring it up! This is a constitutional right the jury should know about!
