Thank you Orkhan. This demo is running at 1Mbps but can equally run at 2Mbps on both these SoCs. The bandwidth per connection is adjustable, so you don’t have to have an equal split on every connection as some purposes will probably need more or less bandwidth. Approx bandwith (data throughput) is around 500 to 700 kbps at 1Mbps (on air) and 1 to 1.2 Mbps at 2Mbps (on air).

No. It uses the nRF52 Series multilink function.

If you need more than 20 links concurrently there are two options: 1) Use one of the connections as a bridge to another star of 20 and so on. 2) Employ a Bluetooth mesh network using nRF5 SDK for mesh from Nordic Semiconductor.

@@NordicSemi Is there another Bluetooth chip, industrial BLE gateway or similar which can handle more than 20 concurrent connections without the bridging? What is limiting the connections to 20? Because in the BLE specification itself there is no real limit as I saw... Or what is hindering you to implement sth. which support more concurrent connections with a higher bandwith than Mesh? (Mesh is due to the very low bandwith not suitable for the use cases I have)
