Theory: Jonny’s mother had been seeing Chad for a while, waiting for the perfect time to get a divorce with Jonny’s dad because he was abusive to her fridge child (like he laughed when he hurt the fridge by taking things out of it) so she had a divorce and gave the him custom of the fridge, hoping he would learn to treat it better and kept Jonny. Now, Jonny’s dad has no choice but to be a doctor to see his son and make money so that he could take care of himself and the fridge. Meanwhile, whenever Jonny’s dad has to come over to convince Jonny to eat his fruits and vegetables, Jonny’s mother would tell Chad to stay away from the house and pretend that Jonny just didn’t have a father so that Jonny’s dad wouldn’t get suspicious of her moving on so quickly.

"Papa" isn't actually the real father of those children. I believe that the new Chadman has had to go to war around the time the mother was pregnant, who then had an affair with her doctor long enough for everyone to know him as Papa. Now that he has returned, the doctor can no longer be part of the family he fell in love with and can only communicate with them as their doctor again.

I've cracked the story billion surprise toys was trying to tell us all along. In the first video Danny said papa had an illegitimate child with a fridge. That must have been why mommy divorced him. Because he wasn't a loyal husband she had no problem getting with Chad. This would also explain why there isn't a refrigerator; papa was the biological father so in the child settlements he got refrigerator and mommy got Johnny.

Half a decade later and the kid has either been replaced or redesigned , and the new papa is still a permanent fixture it seems. This is judging by their recent thumb-nails only . Being that I am way too lazy to actually watch one of those things. Also they added “nursery rhythms and cartoons “ to their name All the models have been redone, dolly(the sister) is now blonde, but I think the mom and new papa have kept their models
