That's usually the routine for all the players. He is probably warming up to go a hit some ball on a training court for 45min or 1h. After that they have some food, some rest or relaxing activities (Nadal usually plays parchis) and finallly he'll go back to the gym to warm up before the match.

I am from Barbados 🇧🇧 in the West Indies. I've been watching Rafa for many years and I love him very much. He's the consummate professional and a true gentleman. It is hard to be the goat of current era ( there is no goat of all eras) since will require to beat Djokovic in US Open and AO Open similar to Djok almost beating Nadal in 2013 and hard in 2011 and then beating in 2 other years. So if he beat Djok this year in AO final he will upd make a step. Otherwise it is hard to do so. However is my favourite personality of current era and big3 together with Djokovic. Because Fed is very much talent and the greatest tennistically with amazing shots but I like blood and dirt and tears and pain.
