ho in this video i will show you my hho generator,
thi simple genenrator is made using 20 stainless stele cups.
for every liter of water you need to add 100g of sodium carbonate.
the transformer is a 5 V and 60 Amps DC
this is not my first hho generator.
ithe pasts i have made many others.. also for my car power system.
how to make the transformer: italian video:
• Come Fare un Trasforma...

but this homemade generator came out amazing. not only for the disegn but also for the amount of gas that can produce!
a credit is given also to: ElementalMaker that suggest to use this tipe of kitchen cups.

but also since they're using baking soda (NaHCO3) there's probably carbon monoxide produced from the electrolysis. Why I think that is because hydrogen burns with an almost invisible flame, not an orange one. However don't worry because when carbon monoxide burns it simply turns back into carbon dioxide.
@Metal_Master_YT
@Metal_Master_YT Рік тому
@@mazewindstudios255 I would imagine the orange is coming from sodium ions that have made it from the baking soda, and was contaminated around the project. the baking soda should release CO2 to form sodium carbonate, and then CO2 again to form sodium hydroxide, or at least these are the common stable sodium species that are usually present.

It doesn't make free energy. It wont make your car go forever for free or replace gasoline. It only converts electrical energy into fuel. The only way this replaces gasoline is if jackasses stop holding back modern nuclear reactor technology. In that case we will have abundant electricity without relying on combustion and without large amounts of pollution, then using that electricity to turn water into HHO, then using that HHO to power machinery requiring fuels which will put out no pollution.

I don't know a lot about these setups but I'd bet that adding a dessicant dryer in the line would help (I bet your gasses are fairly wet). I built an HHO (Browns Gas) generator about 10 years ago, and fed the output into my old car.. It more than tripled my mileage, since that car was EFI and fed fuel (gasoline) to the engine based on how the car was travelling.. One evening, just to see how far it would go, I ran the car completely out of gasoline and I drove it 50ks on an empty tank.. burning almost pure hydrogen (with a little petrol vapour).. It finally spluttered and failed, so I switched to the LPG tank fuel and drove home, (via a petrol station).. In the 6 months I ran that HHO system in the car, I covered over 10,000ks (6,000 miles) used about 600 liters of petrol (less than half I would have otherwise), and I didn't have to add any water to the bottle at all.. it used about 15% of the 2 liters I started out with.. amazing system.. incredible amount of energy stored in plain water..
@genelomas332
@genelomas332 4 роки тому
@Mik Wri You're a fuckwit.. I bet you're invited to all the good parties, aren't you..? I still have the glass jars I used to to generate the HHO gas. They haven't been used since I took them out of the old car, so go and get stuffed with your shitty attitude, or, better yet, build a system yourself and try it out, you might just find out what I already know.. that I'm right.
@genelomas332
@genelomas332 4 роки тому
Oh, and Mik, just last weekend I dusted off those generator jars to show my almost-5-year-old daughter the power of hydrogen.. I hooked one up to an 18 volt battery from my Makita drill and it worked immediately.. after 10 years in a box in the garage.. Bubbling the gas through soapy water means you can gather up some in a teaspoon and touch a flame to it.. the "pop" of just the smallest bubbles is seriously impressive.. want a bigger bang? Try filling a plastic milk jug, (by way of the displacement method using a large water-filled bucket), and then a small birthday candle taped to the side as a fuse.. Stand as close as you like, or dare..
@genelomas332
@genelomas332 2 роки тому
@@tynj4173 Get a small clear glass jar, fill it 2/3 with petrol, put it on the concrete and light it.. Now observe the jar from the side, tell me where it's burning.. you note that the flame starts ABOVE the liquid, not ON the liquid. in fact gasoline as a liquid, doesn't burn, because there's no oxygen mixed in with it.. Gasoline VAPOUR is what burns because it can then mix with gaseous oxygen, same as Kerosene, Butane (which is stored pressurised in liquid form), and most other flammable liquids.. So, to answer your question: The Generator breaks water in to Hydrogen and Oxygen, both in gaseous form, these mix (forming HHO) in the collector area at the top of the generator, and are then pushed into the air intake, under the pressure created by the release of more HHO from the water, just before the vehicles manifold. You still have to have 'some' regular fuel in the vehicle (I didn't hook in a switch to turn off the fuel pump for example), so the car still uses a bit of Petrol or LPG, but the HHO gas mixture accounts for a MUCH more powerful fuel, meaning the car revs better, burns cleaner, and the sensors in the cars fuels system then work out that, for some reason, the car is performing better, (it doesn't know, or care, WHY, just that it IS), so it doesn't need to use as much fuel.. however, here's the caveat.. I wouldn't run this system permanently because Hydrogen burns much faster, cleaner and hotter than petrol.. ICE's are designed and engineered to run on fuels which, also by design, are not 'clean', the gunk and oil in petrol and LPG slows the burn time in the cylinders, and helps to lubricate the combustion chamber.. Hydrogen burning as hot as it does will promote conditions where excess heat can eat/decay/corrode the tops of alloy pistons and cylinder walls over time.. but I'm sure an engine could be designed to resist or negate this.. Stainless steel perhaps..? For this reason, I didn't run my HHO system every single day or every single mile, but I did for more than 95% of the total time and distance.. Hope this helps.. :)

Awesome, I'd also suggest making the bubbler chamber a little bigger so you can have more room between the surface of the water and the gas line coming out, maybe also put some sort of baffle in between as well so you don't get water coming through the line and into the torch. I noticed in the video there was water dripping from the torch tip and the flame was an orange color indicating to me the flame was being slightly effected by water vapor.

@8:18 Water is leaking out from the nozzle cap. The water has clearly migrated from a water container i.e. bubbler and/or main gas producing cylinder. HHO generators produce a wet gas and any water vapour contained in a flame will foul any weld. My tip for anyone considering HHO, is to dry the gas before use. Perhaps use a condenser and/or maybe run the gas through a dessicant before the gas reaches the nozzle. Imo, the gas produced this way will burn more efficiently.

Thank you for the video.I have a question on the physics of the brass mesh used as a flash back safety arrester. I like the fact that you have incorporated safety. I understand your wet safety back flash protection but the brass I do not. Looks at first ok but, in detail there is no valve only mesh. Can you explain? Is the brass mesh going to burn all the back presure gas and clog back the gas from returning? I can't visualize the facts without details except that the brass would burn the gas first?
@jadosrd8950
@jadosrd8950 4 роки тому
Thomas Lapsley It’s simply to bottleneck the plasma by increasing the velocity and pressure of the gas through the mesh. Brass is maybe not the best material for this, but Inox can be difficult to source and anything better gets pricey (and never ever try using plain old steel wool).

Now, there are a couple of issues with the few statements: First, temperature 2800 degrees? Will, it not burn the little nose of device you are using itself? The hottest part of the fire is blue if I am not wrong but that is only around 1400 degrees.

The pressure of the gas and its speed keep the heat away from the brass nozzle. Also the colour is from impurities as the brass erodes, but hydrogen burns red otherwise.

Good Idea and good Video, but there are some wrong Constructions. Aljubouri says it already , the Steelcups are the wrong Way in Position, so the Gas will rest just under it in the Middle. The most Risk is, that now the explosive Gas can inside result to an accident! Better use two of this Tubes witch is connected witch an small Tube on the Ground and so you can separate Oxygen and Hydrogen in Tube 1 and Tube 2 and so you get more sure! Its an good Idea, but i trink, your Construction is mor dangerous and not so effizient as can be. Its just an Prototype ans thats okay.

Manuscript delivered to Patent office was approved, but redone to Patent, to only allow 50% efficiency increase of oil furnace by addition of steam from water line to spray nozzle. Military soldiers off duty during 1950's collected used jeep oil to burn in used oil furnace. They attached water line SS tubing coil in insulated fire pot and by monitoring temperature point would open valve for T fitting to allow steam line mixed in. The steam had been changed to super heated steam with flame on coil. At 1500 degrees F, the oil valve was shut off , allowing A Hydrogen and Oxygen torch flame to continue. Furnace provided constant heat unless water line shut down. If temperature then was reduced, then oil had to restart furnace to get it back up to proper temperature. Motor had dual shafts for 2 oil pumps for 90lbs. each. The highly sensitized H2O at great pressure was subjected to vibration shockwave when exiting pinpoint hole nozzle to AMBIENT. The gases separated and burned with the 10Kv ignition. The lowered dissociation temperature of steam was realized, rather than normal 3-5000 degrees F. A much smaller working burner unit with fire brick surround in large box was shown to senator in under ground parking garage. No further news came afterwards.

Anyone to try this use Caution, if your cell runs hot and/or creates a yellow/orange Electrolyte solution that is likely to be Sodium Chromate (if sodium salt electrolyte). Chromates are *Cancerous* and the way to check is acidified hydrogen peroxide (dilute sulfuric +some h202) will indicate a momentary Bluish Violet reaction which quickly dissipates, that is the Cr+6 being destroyed down to Cr+3 state. There are ways to destroy the Chromates, (ascorbic acid, sulfite powders) Great project! (Not a chemist btw.)

This is very dangerous you should always keep the oxigen and the hydrogen saperate right until you need to combine them in your torch. its very easy to do, just saperate the positiv and the negativ elektrode of your dc voltage source in two seperate containers and connecte thecontainers somewere under the water lever with a tube to make an electrical connection. then run the two ouput tubes of your electrode containers in your torch make sure to flush the hydrogenline or better both if you are not sure witch electrode makes the hydrogen so there is no oxigen in your hydrogen line. please make an upgraded video of the device for your and your viewer safty.

Magnetron is an electromagnetic resonance chamber present in radio devices that require an incredibly high frequency, in order to transmit radio waves at such great distances, or harness the power in a very reduced space surrounded by a specifically very powerful faraday cage made to hear up things in a considerably short period of time without requiring fire... In layman's terms, that thingy inside a microwave oven that makes it heat stuff. Or that thingy in the antennas that sends radio signals to our smartphones.
