I used to cook chicken fritters using this recipe, and then I decided to cook the liver, and I really liked it, because it turns out delicious and very simple. Such liver pancakes will definitely fly off the table quickly, because they turn out juicy and golden. You can serve it with sour cream or a side dish, but I made a sauce with sour cream, garlic and herbs.
