This is the best roasted potatoes I have ever done. Now that I got myself an air fryer toaster oven.👍 Cut up the potatoes in quarters. Drizzle evoo in the cut up potatoes in a bowl, add in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes. Then mix. Layer the potatoes on parchment paper, air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Keep turning them every 5 minutes till golden brown. You're welcome and enjoy! 😋

Looks delicious. I'll have to try it this way. I made potatoes in my electric skillet that turned out great, but I think if I had melted the butter and mixed the seasoning with it my potatoes would have been even better. I like the idea of roasting them in the oven so you don't have to baby sit them like the electric skillet. I also enjoy sweet potatoes this way as well.

I made the garlic parsley potatoes, for my dinner today. And I only used 2 potatoes; because I didn't want a lot of leftovers. I regret that decision!
