Well, what can you say. I love Volodymyr's and Dmytro's interviews with Russian POWs. Interviews with people like this are secondary for me, although they are just as important. Interesting fact: the first man in the interviews said he was 58 years old (but looks older) and had a life expectancy of 70 years max according to statistics, so wouldn't reach the age where he would eventually be released unless he was exchanged. Doesn't he know that his life expectancy will drop drastically to zero if he is transferred to Russia? I knew that a person's life expectancy is low compared to people in Europe (assuming those are healthy and don't die of cancer or some other disease of affluence). My mother died at 83 from a heart defect she had since childhood (3x heart valves were replaced during her life), her healthy sister lived until she was almost 90, my father lived to be 90, still very fit for his age, my godfather is a healthy man at almost 95, his wife died last year at the age of 93. I knew a healthy man in my neighbourhood (born into a German settler family in the south of Ukraine) who died last year just two weeks before his 100th birthday. He lost his balance in the shower and had an unfortunate fall, so he died days later. At 96, his wife is still pretty healthy and helping her daughter with the daily cooking .... And so there a many more people here providing people are healthy as mentioned above and/or are well looked after by doctors and healthcare. Still a very interesting aspect about the life expectancy in Russia (and Ukraine?.

Life expectancy for Russians is so low not because of wifes, but of the alcohol and smoking habits.

The translation was a little rough there but I *think* he was suggesting the grenade was planted by the SBU after his arrest as he was talking about his fingerprints not being on the grenade or the bag it was in.

@@wasteddesign1396 Either way, having a grenade in the car seems funny to me. Also, the way he complained that the grenade might roll around and get stuck under his foot making it hard to drive. I would be much more concerned about the pin coming out and the grenade exploding.

Hi Volodymyr I love your stuff, thanks. Please look into the second guy's story if you can, there's parts of it that seem weird but Ukraine is not russia and if this man is actually innocent (which I accept is only possible, not definite) then it would be a sad injustice for his Ukrainian life to be torn apart on the basis of false accusations.

These days, reaching fir your cell phone is second nature to record ,what one sees I have seen videos, of unfortunate victims in road incidents. One in particular comes to mind. A ( I think it was a woman!) Body was run over by a truck and was still under it, they pulled the legs and only the bottom half of the body came out, with all the stomach organs ect, the rest+ head, chest ect) stayed under the the truck, the video clip finished there ! The point is, that that cell phones are often the first thing people reach for. So not surprising, that say a military convoy is passing ect. Someone takes some video?!
