It's very nice but I would want the washer and dryer closer to the kitchen not in the corner of the living area

I like windows and like the L shape kitchen. :) It would make a bit more sense (to me) to have the washer/dryer combo hook up by the kitchen or even in the bathroom instead.

Are you seriously suggesting, that the connection for the washer/dryer is in the living room area ? Im disappointed there is no oven, fridgefreezer, or anywhere to hang your clothes. 😩

Pricey and no storage or oven. Very plane. I like the videos and the bedroom being on the first floor. Not feeling the washer in the living room or the bathroom sink

Liked the house until I saw the washing machine hookup is where the couch is supposed to be. I'll keep looking for the right tiny home.

When you close up on this unit it shows how botched it is. The mini split looks really old. So my thoughts are, If the external and the inside look this thrown together then what does the plumbing and wiring look like. Scary to think about.

Doubt a king size bed would be feasable as some type of storage ia needed for clothing. Shower looks very nice but would prefer smaller one and provide a small closet instead. No mention if any ventilation, no windows that open leaves you with a haven for mold and mildew. Who would want to run a minisplit for those purposes??

Issues I see... 1. Washer and dryer will cover electric box. 2. Where does the tp go in the bathroom? 3. What is that thing poking out of the wall near the bedroom? 4. That is eating up much needed space where I could put a small table or something. In some of your videos you state customers are only able to make a few choices... I love this tiny home but would definitely want to make some changes.

WOW.....Obviously someone's first attempt at building a tiny home (or anything) lol..There is not one single window that opens to the outside on this "home"....The exterior is raw siding and trim (not painted) lol....That tiny little on demand 110 volt water heater might wash your hands but good luck taking a shower...No vent fan on the cooktop...The trailer looks home made and way under capacity (should be 3 axle on this size home).....Buyer's should go with an ANSI/NFPA certified builder with extensive experience in building either tiny homes or traditional homes. Anyone can list their backyard built tiny home on this website.

A bedroom requires an openable window of a size large enough to allow a person to escape in case of fire. That aside, why not put an openable window anyway in a bedroom? But nice, efficient and smart tiny home! Well done.

The floor plan does not allow for apt size fridge, worst location for washer-dryer, basically no living room, kitchen lacks everything, no sink in bathroom. I’ve seen 8 x 16 models that are better organized. I wouldn’t take this if it was free because there is so much remodeling that needs to be done.

This is probably the worst use of space I’ve seen in a tiny home especially for its size. No storage, a bedroom that looks like a prison cell and a gigantic bathroom with a sink that nobody can fit their hands in. The washer/dryer has already been covered. This should be called the “Homer” of tiny houses.
