Geesh. This story brought back a strange night from about 2017, which makes it 2 full years before my first encounter here in East Texas, near the Sabine River. On that night I had fallen asleep on the living room couch and, about 15 feet away from the back door. About 2 am I head someone jiggle the doornob of that door. They sounded persistent enough to wake me up completely. I yelled whoever it was to go away and that I was armed. The nob stopped moving at the sound of my voice. I was sweating bullets. I had never thought of myself capable of firing through a door, until that night. That was close. You have to understand that the closest neighbors are about half a mile away, and I have nothing but deep forest behind my house. The likelihood of it being a neighbor trying to sneak into my house at that hour were pretty remote. I never made any connection to Sasquatch, even after my 3 encounters in the fall of 2019. Not once. Now I’m considering it possible, though not yet probable.

Great story... Im sure Bigfoots know to break glass windows albeit on cars/trucks or home windows. Im sure they know they can get cut up from breaking glass and havent figured out using a tree limb to bust it out. But who knows. Maybe they have. People with sliding glass doors off decks and porches that see them peeking in??? That scares the bejesus outta this city slicker! 😅😅 Im surprised the Bigfoot didnt flip the vehicle over! Thatd be scary as heck. 😳

Squirt and Joel were incredibly lucky. They encountered an unusually even tempered BF. Joel basically did EVERYTHING wrong. Sorry Joel, but ya did. Joel challenged it by yelling at it in an angry tone. I was surprised the thing didn’t charge him for that! In most encounters, yelling at the BF in a challenging tone almost always leads to aggression from the creature. You’re camping in their living room and you must treat them with respect or you could get hurt. But the BF you guys encountered didn’t do that. He also didn’t flip out when Joel put the light on him, and still didn’t attack even when Joel walked straight toward him, another form of disrespect towards the creature. Then HE RAN from it, knees to chest 😂knees to chest, 🤣 the absolute worst thing you can do when facing any kind of predator! But STILL the BF just walked off as Joel hot footed it right past his wife, leaving her to fend for herself, while he saved his own ass. NOT COOL DUDE! 😡 You guys definitely ran into a very tolerant fellow! I think Squirt’s timeline of where it went and when it did so is pretty accurate. It came for the BBQ and was also just curious about you guys. They don’t have Cable TV, and watching us is something they seem to enjoy. And yes, they try door handles and knobs. Famous for it. They definitely understand what they’re for and how to use them because they watch us so much. They are physically powerful enough to smash their way into anything they want. I think they know that. But for some reason, they rarely do any B&Es. It has happened though, but in all three cases I’ve heard the BF had become almost crazed with rage over something. Soooo much damage was done each . And if you ever do go camping again, don’t take anything less than a 50 caliber.

I'm sure I would've enjoyed the story ALOT more if there hadn't been so MANY AD INTERRUPTIONS from YOU TUBE!!!
