In this video, I show you how to cook a VERY DELICIOUS universal COTTAGE CHEESE cream. For filling cakes, desserts and decorating cupcakes. Basic SIMPLE Recipe ! & Also at the end of the video, I show you how to prepare a delicious STRACCIATELLA Cream based on this cream .
INGREDIENTS:
for 1 serving of cream on a cake, about 2.0-2.5 kg
300 g of very well-cooled cream with at least 30% fat content
add 12 g of vanilla sugar
thickener for cream if necessary, following the manufacturer's instructions on the package
200 g of cottage cheese (curd-cream) cheese of the Almette type, Hochland. In Germany It Is Frischkäse Doppelrahmstufe
350 g of pasty cottage cheese of 9% fat content, if necessary, the cottage cheese grains need to be punched with a blender. In Germany it is Speisequark 40%
100 g of powdered sugar with very sour berries
If the fruits and berries are sweet , from 50 to 80 g of powdered sugar to taste
