In this episode we look at life on the track, bushtucker and go deeper into my Saudi Arabian camel expedition. I also explore how Sophie developed the confidence to undertake such an epic journey across Australia in the first place.
In this series I join up with my friend Sophie Matterson towards the end of her 13 month solo camel expedition across Australia with camels she caught from the wild and trained herself.
I spend five days on the trail with Sophie (4 Episodes) as she treks along the QLD/NSW border. This is the home stretch of her 4000km+ journey from the west coast of Australia to the east coast.
Sophie and I pay our respects to the Kooma, Bigambal and Kamilaroi Aboriginal people, the traditional owners of the land we trek through.
