Ingredients
Potatoes - 1 kg / 35 oz
Onions - 1 pc
Leek - 1 stalk
Carrots - 2 pcs
Peppers - 2 pcs
Water or vegetable broth - 2 liters
Fide - 50 g / 1.70 oz
Olive oil
Black pepper
Mint
Parsley
Salt
For construction
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sour cream - 100 g / 3.50 oz
Method of preparation
Grate the carrots, fry them in hot olive oil for 2 minutes on a moderate heat (7th degree). We add salt. Add onion and leek, finely chopped and fry for 3 minutes on medium heat (7th degree).
Then add the peppers, cut into small pieces, cover the pot with a lid and stew for 5 minutes on low heat (5th degree). Add the diced potatoes and pour the water. Boil for 10 minutes on low heat (5th degree). Add the noodles and black pepper. Cook for 12 minutes on low heat (5th degree). Finely chop the parsley and mint, add them to the soup and turn off the stove.
Allow the soup to cool slightly.
Prepare the building by beating the eggs with the cream.
Add it to the soup, adding a little of the soup to the eggs and cream, then pour the build-up to the soup. Stir well.
